I have been in active practice for about 40
years and have a unique distiction of having been consulted
by Hon'ble Courts from Several states in India , almost by every
nationalised bank, Various foreign, Grameena and cooperative
Banks from several parts of India including foreign clients
from abroad like Nepal, Singapore, Nigeria, Quwait, Russia,
U.K., U.S.A. and Afganistan etc. etc.. I am on the panel of
several nationalised and foreign banks and Govt. undertakings.
I have appeared in numerous departmental enquires conducted
by several banks,Govt. undertakings & have given evidence
before several courts all over India including Central Vigilance
Commission. My opinion & evidence before Hon'ble High court
of Singapore were accepted in 1997. Our office has been regularly
recieving documents for opinion from Hon'ble Courts & Banks
from all over India for about last 69 years.
I have examined Thousands of contested documents
including disputed cheques, stolen D/Ds, withdrawals, tempered
and altered ledger sheets, loan papers, R.T.C.S. , vouchers,
applications, marriage certificates, letters of resignation,partition
deeds, love letters, threatening letters, suicide notes, wills,
promissory notes and sale deeds etc.. received from various
Courts, Banks, Police Departments etc. and Private Parties among
others.

to deliver professional services (Opinions) latest within a
week of the receipt of documents to assist the Hon'ble Courts
& other agencies in the prompt administration of Justice.
Our opinions can be filed before Hon’ble Courts in Civil,
Criminal & revenue cases and also F.I.R. can be lodged on
their basis.
